These species are very similar in overall appearance; males may be distinguished by the colouration of the
first pair of legs. Females can only be identified genitally.
Differences in appearance
- Only for males: The first pair of legs of T. terricola have dark tibia and metatarsus, while the tarsus is distinctly lighter. Metatarsus and tarsus of T. ruricola are equally dark.
